本文用Fos癌蛋白抗体免疫组化法详细研究了戊四氮诱发大鼠全身强直-阵挛性癫痫发作诱导终纹床核c-fos癌基因表达的动态分布,结果如下:腹腔内注入戊四氮50mg/kg后0.5h,前腹区梭形核出现低密度的Fos免疫阳性(Fos-ir)细胞核标记;注射戊四氮后3h,前腹区和后部腹外侧区域均有较高密度的Fos-ir标记,前外区和前背区的密度则较低,后部背内侧区域未见Fos-ir标记;注射戊四氮后6h,终纹床核各核团和区域均出现较高密度的Fos-ir标记,其中,前部的密度高于后部、腹侧区域的密度高于背侧区域。上述终纹床核的Fos-ir标记出现的先后顺序及波及范围很可能反映了戊四氮诱发大鼠全身强直-阵挛性癫痫发作累及终纹床核的顺序和范围。
In this paper, we used Fos oncoprotein immunohistochemistry to study in detail the dynamic distribution of c-fos oncogene expression in pentylenetetrazole-induced seizure-induced c-fos gene in rats with tonic-clonic seizures. The results were as follows: Low-density Fos-ir nuclear was detected in the anterior foraminous nucleus at 0.5 h after 50 mg / kg N treatment. At 3 h after injection of pentylenetetrazol, both the anterior and posterior ventrolateral regions had higher density Fos-ir, the density of the antero-foreland and anterior dorsal region was lower, but no Fos-ir was observed in the dorsal medial dorsal region. High-density Fos-ir markings, with a higher density in the anterior portion than in the posterior portion and a higher density in the ventral region than in the dorsal region. The order and extent of Fos-ir labeling in the above-mentioned bed nuclei probably reflect the order and extent of pentylenetetrazole-induced tonic-clonic seizures in rats.
