江苏省丹阳县公安局针对社队企业发展很快而火灾严重的新情况,根据省社队企业管理局和公安厅关于《农村社队企业防火安全管理暂行规定》的精神,与有关部门密切配合,在全县29个公社配齐了专职防火安全员。公社专职防火安全员是经公社工业办公室和公安特派员从社队工厂中选调的,其工资大部分是从公社工办的管理费中开支。他们年纪轻,责任心强,具有初中以上文化水平。经过短期集训后,即积极地投入社队企业的防火安全和检查工作。
