近些年,延长油田在污水回注方面做了大量工作,水质是否合格严重影响着油田注水效果。因此,水质检测成为控制注水水质的关键一步。目前,污水含油量检测主要有重量法、红外分光光度法、非分散红外法等方法,红外分光光度法因灵敏度较高、受油品质量影响小、检测范围广等优势成为使用最多的检测方法。本文就使用红外分光光度法在检测过程中出现的几种情况分别加以分析。
In recent years, a large amount of work has been done in the extension of the injection of wastewater by the Yanchang Oilfield. Whether the water quality is qualified seriously affects the water injection effect of the oilfield. Therefore, water quality testing has become a key step in controlling water quality. At present, the detection of oil content in wastewater mainly includes gravimetric method, infrared spectrophotometry and non-dispersive infrared method. Infrared spectrophotometry is the most used detection method due to its high sensitivity, small influence on oil quality and wide detection range . In this paper, the use of infrared spectrophotometry detected in the course of several cases were analyzed.
