在高速公路建设中,路面已由纯混凝土(灰色)逐步向沥青(黑色)路面转变,沥青路面高速公路一般由分为三层。第一层为路基层,第二层为稳定层,第三层为面层。其中稳定层的质量对高速公路的质量起决定性的作用。过去采用三合土或低标号水泥(老标准325#水泥、新标准32.5水泥)配制成混合料为稳定层材料,往往会产生干缩性裂纹,造成沥青路面出现间断性裂缝。给道路通行和交通安全带来不利影响。
In highway construction, the pavement has been gradually changed from pure concrete (gray) to asphalt (black) pavement, and the asphalt pavement expressway is generally divided into three layers. The first layer is the subgrade layer, the second layer is the stable layer, the third layer is the surface layer. The quality of the stabilizing layer plays a decisive role on the quality of expressway. In the past, triadimous or low-grade cement (old standard 325 # cement and new standard 32.5 cement) was used to prepare the mixture as a stable layer material, which often resulted in shrinkage cracks and intermittent cracks in the asphalt pavement. Adversely affect the road traffic and traffic safety.
