上海市经委企管处、上海市财政局企财一处和上海市会计学会于1990年8月29日联合召开关于企业集团财会问题研讨会。与会同志以学术研究的态度各抒所见,进行探讨。除涉及企业集团的财会问题外,还涉及法人问题、注册资本问题、经营管理体制问题、扩大企业集团权限及企业集团内部的集权与分权问题。会议由市会计学会副秘书长、学术研究组长、本刊总编劳树德同志主持,市财局会计事务管理处处长、市会计学会副秘书长、学术研究组长徐治怀同志作总结发言。出席会议的有:
The Economic and Financial Administration of Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission, the Enterprise Finance Department of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Finance and the Shanghai Accounting Association jointly convened a seminar on the financial issues of enterprise groups on August 29, 1990. The comrades present at the conference studied the attitude of academic research. In addition to financial issues involving enterprise groups, it also involves corporate issues, registered capital issues, operational management system issues, expansion of corporate group authority, and centralization and decentralization within enterprise groups. The meeting was hosted by Comrade Luo Shude, deputy secretary-general of the city’s accounting society, academic research team leader and editor of this journal.
