考察了St-BA-MAA无皂乳液聚合反应不同时间转化率、聚合物的分子量、乳胶粒形态和粒径的变化。结果表明:当转化率达1%,M-n达4.09×104,初始乳胶粒子形成,主要为均相沉淀成核机理。羧基单体是影响乳胶粒形态重要因素之一。
The changes of St-BA-MAA soap-free emulsion polymerization at different times, the molecular weight of the polymer, the morphology and size of the latex particles were investigated. The results show that when the conversion rate reaches 1% and M-n reaches 4.09 × 104, the initial latex particles are formed, which are mainly homogeneous nucleation mechanism. Carboxyl monomer is one of the important factors affecting the morphology of latex particles.
