作为最基层、最直接同群众打交道的文化馆、站是政府设立的公益性文化事业机构,是群众文化社会服务的重要组成部分,担负着繁荣群文事业的重任,而农村文化与群众文化同属一个范畴,是以公益性为主导的文化。因此,在农村这块具有深厚文化底蕴的的摇篮里,如何发挥好基层文化馆、站的职能作用,切实推进新农村文化建设,是值得我们每个群文工作者去认真思考和探索的。下面,笔者就此谈几点肤浅的看法,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。
As the most grass-roots level, the most directly connected with the masses of cultural centers, stations are established by the government of non-profit cultural institutions, is an important part of mass cultural and social services, assume the task of prosperity of the cultural industry, and rural culture and mass culture belong to the same Category, is based on the public welfare-oriented culture. Therefore, how to give full play to the grass-roots cultural centers and stations and promote the new rural cultural construction in this cradle with profound cultural background in rural areas deserves our careful consideration and exploration by every group of literary workers. Here, I talk about this superficial view, hoping to play a valuable role.
