一、前言目前,用有限元素方法进行齿轮轮齿应力和变形计算,已比较通行,但是都只是考虑了单齿齿廓上不同点受载的情况。实际上,由于重合度,齿的误差和变形,使载荷在齿间按某种规律分配,因此,应该找出轮齿在一个啮合周期中的危险点。对于1<ε_α<2的肯轮付,利用有限元法计算弯曲应力时,有限元计算区域,应该包含两个相邻轮齿。在ISO计算方法
