为深入贯彻落实党的十七届三中全会《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》有关精神,加快推进基层草原站基础设施建设的步伐,进一步提高州(地)、县(市)二级草原站技术支撑与服务能力,根据青海省农牧厅的要求,通过发放调查表格形式,对我省州(地)、县(市)二级草原站基础设施的建设情况进行了详细调查,针对存在的问题与不足,提出了加快改善基层草原站基础设施建设的几点意见。
