作为一名滴滴公司的签约专车司机,“80后”韩川醉酒驾车造成一死一伤、9车损害的严重后果。在法庭上,韩川仰面哭泣,诚恳地向受害人道歉。但生命无法挽回,韩川必须要为自己的行为承担责任。2016年11月25日,北京市第三中级人民法院以危险方法危害公共安全、寻衅滋事两罪合并判处韩川无期徒刑,剥夺政治权利终身。宣判后,韩川被法警带离法庭时,韩川的父亲眼含泪光,紧紧盯着儿子远去的背影。酒驾毁了多少个幸福的家庭。然而,这样的悲剧却一再重复。
