采用应变电测法设计微线段齿轮与渐开线齿轮齿根弯曲应力比较试验的装置 ,对试件的设计与加工进行严格的控制 ,并确定比较试验方案 ,给出处理现场数据的公式及计算结果的T—σ折线图 ,对结果的显著性检验证明 ,微线段齿轮的抗弯曲性能要大大优于相应的渐开线齿轮
Strain measurement method is adopted to design the device for comparing the bending stress of the tooth root of the micrometer-line gear and the involute gear. The design and processing of the test piece are strictly controlled. The comparison test scheme is determined and the formula for processing the field data is given. The results of the T-σ line chart, the saliency test results show that micro-line anti-bending gear performance is much better than the corresponding involute gear
