目的:调查分析社区糖尿病患者用药情况。方法:选择我院2012年1月至2013年1月确诊的70例社区糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过问卷调查、患者资料查询、血糖监测等方式了解患者用药情况,包括规律服用率、用药方案、不良反应了解情况及血糖控制情况等内容。结果:70例患者中用药50例(71.43%),规律用药18例(36%),不良反应知晓率28.57%。另外70例患者空腹平均血糖(8.87±2.33)mmol·L-1。结论:社区糖尿病患者用药存在一定的问题,需加强健康教育提高规律用药率,以控制血糖。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the situation of community diabetes patients. Methods: Seventy patients with diabetes mellitus diagnosed in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected as study subjects. The questionnaires, patient information and blood glucose monitoring were used to understand the patient’s medication status, including regular taking rate, medication regimen, Adverse reactions to understand the situation and blood glucose control and so on. Results: In 70 patients, 50 cases (71.43%) were treated with medication, 18 cases (36%) were treated regularly and the rate of adverse reactions was 28.57%. Another 70 patients had an average fasting glucose of 8.87 ± 2.33 mmol·L-1. Conclusion: There are some problems in the medication of community diabetes patients. It is necessary to strengthen the health education to increase the regular medication rate to control blood sugar.
