福建是全国民营经济最活跃的省份之一,到今年6月底止,全省共有个体工商户47．1万户, 从业人员91．16万人,注册资金298．2亿元,实现总产值92亿元,销售收入296．34亿元,社会消费品零售总额225．19亿元。全省共有私营企业 118249户,从业人员124．63万人,注册资金 2127．56亿元。实现总产值475．25亿元,销售收入620．05亿元,社会消费品零售总额184．48亿元,各项指标比去年同期增长两位数以上。在上半年全省城镇以上固定资产投资中,民间投资达 324．21亿元,增长38．1％。民间投资占全社会固定资产投资的比重由上年同期35．7％提高到41．8％, 提高6．1个百分点,其中私营个体投资136．4亿元,增长93．6％,民间投资对全省投资增长的贡献率达76％。拉动投资增长13．6个百分点。在对外经贸中,民营企业上半年出口同比增长45．6％。拉动全省出口增长7．3个百分点。在全省林权制度改革中,上半年非公造林面积占全省造林更新总面积的70％,同比提高11个百分点。民营经济的快速发展,为扩大就业、繁荣市场、推动发展、促进稳定做出了不可磨灭的贡献。
