搞资料是学术研究的前提,是重要的基本功,但选编资料却是一件苦事。把浩如烟海的原始资料收集起来,阅读、分类,辑出精要、汇编成册,无论是过程还是成果,都是貌似平凡而实质艰巨,需要大量的人力和相当的眼光。选编者的研究心得和思想闪光,是以间接的、潜在的形式表现出来的,是带有一定的奉献性的“人梯”工作,肯认真地做这项工作的人,首先就需要有点奉献精神。
