山东省无棣县硫酸厂采用盐石膏制硫酸联产水泥工业性试验获得成功。1977年,在省内外有关试验的基础上,经山东省有关部门批准在无棣县筹建硫酸厂,利用当地盐场副产品—盐石膏作原料,进行制取硫酸联产水泥的工业性开发试验。该厂与山东济南裕兴化工厂、山东化学研究所通力协作,于1981年建成,1982年6月投入试验。经过一年多的努力,获得可喜的成绩,设备运转良好,产品质量合格。现已生产硫酸3200多吨,水泥熟料3700多吨(其
The sulphuric acid plant in Wudi County of Shandong Province has been successfully tested for the industrial trials of salt gypsum and sulphuric acid cogeneration cement. In 1977, on the basis of relevant experiments inside and outside the province, the approval of relevant departments of Shandong Province to establish a sulfuric acid plant in Wudi County, and the use of salt gypsum, a by-product of the local salt field, as a raw material, was carried out for the industrial development test of the production of the sulfuric acid co-production cement. The plant cooperated with Shandong Jinan Yuxing Chemical Plant and Shandong Chemical Research Institute and was completed in 1981. It was put into trial in June 1982. After more than a year of hard work, we obtained gratifying results, the equipment worked well and the product quality was qualified. More than 3,200 tons of sulfuric acid and more than 3,700 tons of cement clinker have been produced
