目的 探讨细胞周期蛋白A(cyclinA)和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (B NHL)中的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测 6 5例B NHL及 2 0例反应性增生淋巴结中cyclinA和PCNA蛋白的表达情况。结果 cyclinA和PCNA在B NHL中的平均标记指数 (labelindex ,LI)明显高于反应性增生性淋巴结 (生发中心以外的淋巴组织 ) ;侵袭性B NHL中cyclinA的LI和PCNA的LI均高于惰性组 ;cyclinA与PCNA的表达成正相关。结论 cyclinA和PCNA的高表达与B NHL的发生发展有关 ,cyclinA的LI与PCNALI可以作为衡量B NHL恶性程度的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin A and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in B cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (B NHL). Methods The expressions of cyclin A and PCNA in 65 B NHL and 20 reactive hyperplasia lymph nodes were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The average labeling index of cyclin A and PCNA in B NHL was significantly higher than that in reactive hyperplastic lymph nodes (lymphoid tissues other than germinal centers). The LI of LI and PCNA of cyclin A in invasive B NHL were higher than that of inactive Group; cyclinA and PCNA expression was positively correlated. Conclusions The high expression of cyclin A and PCNA is related to the occurrence and development of B NHL. LI and PCNALI of cyclin A can be used as important indexes to evaluate the malignant degree of B NHL.
