现阶段高校毕业生就业工作需要通过信息化建设来满足社会发展需求,信息化建设不仅有利于高校就业工作的顺利开展,同时也体现在信息化建设可以有效打破时间和空间上的局限性,将其作为高校与用人单位之间进行沟通、联系的纽带和帮助,因此,我国高校只有不断通过就业工作信息化建设才能满足高素质人才合理配置需求。本文首先简要阐述了当前高校就业工作信息化建设中存在的不足,并提出相应的解决对策。
At this stage, the employment of university graduates needs to meet the needs of social development through information construction. The construction of informatization not only helps the smooth development of employment in colleges and universities, but also shows that the construction of informationization can effectively break the time and space limitations. As a link between universities and employers to communicate and contact, and help, so long as China’s colleges and universities continue to employ information technology to meet the needs of high-quality talent allocation. This article first briefly elaborates the existing problems in the informationization of employment in colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
