思想政治工作的目的和任务体现思想政治教育的本质,是思想政治工作活动中最根本的问题,也是思想政治教育学要研究的一个重要问题。其理论研究大致经历了三个发展阶段,其一,起始阶段(1981—1985年);其二,发展阶段(1986—1997年);其三,深化阶段(1998—至今)。同时认为研究有待于进一步在以下几个方面加强:1.要进一步明确现阶段思想政治工作的根本目的任务;2.要加强思想政治工作具体目的任务的研究;3.要加强思想政治工作目的任务层次性研究;4.要加强思想政治工作目的任务渐进性研究;5.要重视思想政治工作目的任务研究的队伍建设。
The purpose and tasks of ideological and political work reflect the essence of ideological and political education, which is the most fundamental issue in the ideological and political work activities. It is also an important issue in the study of ideological and political education. Its theoretical research has experienced three stages of development: First, the initial stage (1981-1985); Second, the development stage (1986-1997); Third, the deepening stage (1998-present). At the same time, we think the research needs to be further strengthened in the following aspects: 1. It is necessary to further clarify the fundamental purpose and tasks of ideological and political work at this stage; 2. It is necessary to strengthen the research on the specific objectives and tasks of ideological and political work; 3. The level of research; 4 to strengthen the ideological and political work tasks progressive research; 5 should pay attention to ideological and political work tasks of the research team building.
