各廳、局、處、行、部: 頃奉中央財委會一月十日計字第五二二號通知内開「茲倣年度開,本委為確定所屬各部、行、署等之本年全年及分季工作計劃與概算,藉以建立嚴格的經濟核算制,並有計劃地調撥資金凖備入口器材特規定下列备辦法: 一、各部、行、署等應即根據本年全圃概算内所列之各類支出數字,編制一九五零年全年之工作及用款概括計劃一式四份,於本年一月底前送到本委,本委當根據該項計劃,並視實際需要情形,酌撥款項,以為第一季内推進工作之用。二、各部、行、署等之本年第一第二雨季工作及用款詳細計劃,應於本年三月底前辽到本委,第三季工作及用款詳細計劃,應於本年五月底前送到本委,第四季工作及用款詳細計劃,應於本年七月底前送到本委,該項計劃應包括工程所需之工料數目,及估價清單,其中如有規模较大之工程,並須個別附具工料數目及估價清單,連同工程簡圖一併呈送本委,上項計劃及簡圖清單均須造送一式四份,其中有工程規模雖大,但不需要高深技術,且保發動群眾辦理者,得免送上項簡圖及清單。本委於核定該項計劃後,即據此撥款,其不按期送到計劃者,一律不予撥款。三、各部行署等本年之工作如係上年工作之繼續,虑於編送本年全年概括計劃時,對於該項工作上年已完成之部份,加以說明。四、各部行署等本年工作所需款項中,如有外匯,應於計劃内註明,以便预籌。五、各部行署等本年工作用款,應按用款地區,分别註明,以便预籌調撥。
