亚急性脊髓联合变性是临床上一种少见疾病,我科自2001年～2003年3例亚急性脊髓联合变性(SCD)病人,开始被误诊,其临床表现各有不同,现报告并分析如下。一、病例简介:例1:男性,25岁。因腰腿痛4个月双下肢无力1周入院。患者4个月前自觉腰痛呈隐痛,否认外伤史,腰部活动可,双下肢呈酸困,无麻木。近1个月前行走不稳,步基增宽,能站立,双下肢深感觉消失,双下肢无力,大小便失禁。查体:神志清,贫血貌,头颅五官(一),心肺腹无异常。颅神经无异
