今年6月中旬以来,我国长江中下游地区和东北、西北部连降暴雨和大暴雨,长江流域发生了1954年以来又一次全流域大洪水,松花江、嫩江流域发生了超历史纪录的特大洪水.在灾害面前,全国军民在以江泽民总书记为核心的党中央领导下,紧密团结,万众一心,用血肉之躯筑成抗洪长城,以可歌可泣的不屈精神和英雄业绩,赢得了世人的敬佩和赞誉.
Since mid June this year, there have been heavy rainfalls and torrential rains in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in the northeast and northwest China. In the Yangtze River basin, another major flood occurred in the entire basin since 1954, and the Songhua River and Nenjiang River valleys occurred with exceptionally large floods. Under the disaster, under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Jiang Zemin as the core, the entire nation’s military and civilian departments united themselves closely and unite as one and fought the Great Wall with flesh and blood and won the admiration and praise of the world with the unyielding spirit and heroic achievements.
