本文研究了TbMn_(6-x)Co_xSn_6(x=0.03,0.6,0.9,1.2和1.5)赝三元化合物的结构和磁性.结果表明:用Co部分取代TbMn6Sn6中的Mn不改变其晶体结构,但随Co含量的增加晶格常数和单胞体积单调减小;居里温度随Co含量增大而降低;自旋重取向温度也随Co含量增大而降低,但Co含量≥0.6时自旋重取向消失;Co含量≥0.9时,热磁曲线上出现补偿点旦补偿温度随Co含量增大而升高;4.5K的饱和磁化强度先随Co含量增大而减小,在x=0.6时达到极小值,而后随Co含量的继续增加而增大.
In this paper, the structure and magnetism of TbMn_ (6-x) Co_xSn_6 (x = 0.03,0.6,0.9,1.2 and 1.5) pseudo-ternary compounds have been studied. The results show that partial substitution of Co in TbMn6Sn6 for Co does not change its crystal structure, The lattice constant and unit cell volume decrease monotonically with the increase of Co content. The Curie temperature decreases with the increase of Co content. The spin reorientation temperature also decreases with the increase of Co content. However, the Co The orientation disappears. When the Co content is greater than or equal to 0.9, the compensation temperature at the compensation point of the thermomagnetic curve increases with the increase of Co content. The saturation magnetization of 4.5K decreases with the increase of Co content and reaches at x = 0.6 The minimum value then increases as the Co content continues to increase.
