近二十年来,均相催化氢化在有机合成领域中发展甚为迅速。由于均相催化反应速度快、条件温和、对被氢化基团有很好的选择性,并能“装配”催化剂进行不对称合成,所以已日益引起人们的重视。本文对均相催化反应低活化能的机理和催化剂的特性等作了简要综述。此外,还介绍了一些重要的络合氢化催化剂如 RhCl(PPh_3)_3、RhCl_3Py_3/NaBH_4/DMF、Co(CN)_5~(-3)、RuClH(PPh_3)_3、RuH(RCO_2)(PPh_3)_3等的制备和应用。
In the past two decades, homogeneous catalytic hydrogenation has developed rapidly in the field of organic synthesis.
