在研刮大型双阀面煤气放风阀时,因各配合阀面均为2Cr13堆焊而成,材料硬,阀心重达300多公斤,上下两层阀面,各有4.6毫米宽的密封面,这样,重量大、接触面积小,并且在开始研合时,配合不好,接触面积就更小。圆锥阀面配合旋转时,挤紧力量也很大,因而,在研合时,稍加旋转即将阀面磨坏,无法进行研制。为了解决摩擦过大的弊病,我们制造应用了弹簧吊具,实践证明,效果良好。该吊具如附图所示。吊具要求弹簧受力5公斤时压下1毫米,其有效压缩量除抵消阀心自重300公斤所需的60毫米外,还应再增加20毫米。
