2011年6月2日,海城市人民检察院被最高人民检察院确定为首批全国基层检察院“四化”建设示范院。这是高检院对海城市人民检察院全面推进执法规范化、队伍专业化、管理科学化、保障现代化工作成绩的充分肯定,同时也是该院精心打造“海检模式”所取得的再一次硕果,更加凸显了该院在辽宁省乃至全国基层检察院的示范引领作用,也必将进一步夯实该院科学发展根基,推进各项工作再上新台阶。
On June 2, 2011, Haicheng People’s Procuratorate was designated by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate as the first batch of demonstration demonstrative institute of “Nationalization of Grassroots Procuratorate” and “Sihua”. This is the High Court’s full affirmation to Haicheng People’s Procuratorate for comprehensively pushing forward the standardization of law enforcement, professionalization of the ranks, scientific management and safeguarding the achievements of modernization. It is also another fruitful result of the hospital’s “sea inspection mode” , Which further highlighted the demonstration leading role of the hospital in the grass-roots procuratorates in Liaoning Province as well as in the whole country. It is also bound to further consolidate the scientific development foundation of the hospital and push the work to a new height.
