对比分析了TiAl和Mo_5Si_3金属间化合物的性能特点、应用前景和存在问题,并对这两种金属间化合物的合金化研究作了综述和展望。近来研究微量镁和镍在TiAl合金中的作用发现,微合金化可提高变形合金的热加工工艺性能和促进铸造合金组织的细化,是TiAl金属间化合物进一步合金化研究的重要方向。根据模量计算和常用合金元素在Mo_5Si_3相中溶解度的测定结果,讨论了以合金化韧化Mo_5Si_3化合物的潜力。
The properties, application prospects and existing problems of TiAl and Mo_5Si_3 intermetallic compounds were compared and analyzed. The research on the alloying of these two intermetallic compounds was summarized and prospected. Recent studies on the effect of trace magnesium and nickel in TiAl alloys found that microalloying can improve the hot working properties of the alloy and promote the refinement of the cast alloy. It is an important direction for the further alloying of TiAl intermetallics. Based on the results of modulus calculation and the determination of the solubility of alloying elements in the Mo_5Si_3 phase, the potential of alloying and toughening Mo_5Si_3 compounds was discussed.
