本文主要研究甘薯块根发育早期。即插植后40天的膨大块根中木质部内单位面积的筛管束数与收获期的淀粉含量有明显的相关性,可以作为甘薯高淀粉育种的早期鉴定的指标。
This article mainly studies sweet potato tuber early development. That is, the number of screen tubes per unit area in the xylem of the expanded root 40 days after planting was significantly correlated with the starch content at the harvest stage, which could be used as an index for the early identification of the sweet potato high starch breeding.
