我所于1985年12月中旬由电子工业部通信广播电视局主持召开了鉴定会,对9项国家科委下达的“六五”攻关任务和两项科研成果进行了鉴定和验收,鉴定委员会副主任郑汝俭工程师代表国家科委验收了139.264Mb/s数字彩色电视光缆传输系统等九项攻关项目。这些科研成果主要技术指标有的已达到或接近当代世界先进水平。这些科研成果的取得为我国光纤通信技术的进一步应用提供了关键设备和器件。本刊将陆续登载这些攻关项目至今尚未发表过的技术报告或研究论文,下面只简要介绍其主要技术指标和特性。
