目的研究眼内肿瘤细针抽吸活检后针道内瘤细胞的移植。方法１１只眼内肿瘤离体眼球，作细针抽吸活检，共４４个针道，每个针道作５μｍ连续切片检查。结果国产６号半普通针组２２个针道中有１５个发现瘤细胞，美国产２０Ｇ套管针组２２个针道有２个可疑瘤细胞。结论细针抽吸活检（ＦＮＡＢ）技术安全、有效，使用套管针明显优于普通针
Objective To study transplanted needle-like tumor cells after needle aspirate biopsy in the eye tumor. Methods Thirteen eyes of the eye were isolated from the eyeballs for fine-needle aspiration biopsy. A total of 44 needle tracks were obtained, and each needle track was examined with 5μm serial sections. RESULTS: Tumor cells were found in 15 of 22 needle tracks of domestic semi-ordinary needle group 6 and 2 suspicious tumor cells in 22 needle tracks of 20G needle group in the United States. Conclusion Fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) technique is safe and effective, and the use of trocar is better than ordinary needle
