大学毕业后,我选择资教,投身农村,被分配到湖北省枣阳市兴隆镇随阳店随阳小学任副校长。随阳小学地处偏僻,设备简陋,师资不足,整个学校只有我一名资教生。来到这里,第一感觉就是孤独,性格开朗的我只能全心投入工作,在工作中寻找充实,在付出中收获温暖。有人说,教育是爱的事业,爱得越深,越有成就感。带着半信半疑,我走上了三尺讲台。孩子们不爱写作业,上课回答不积极,通过细心观察,我发现学生们渴望上音乐课,于是主动教他们唱儿
