作者以前曾证明,BCG 对于维持非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHML)的完全缓解有一定作用,最近又以化疗加放疗治疗16例复发的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期 NHML,而后用BCG 维持。治疗方法:病人经15天化疗之后放疗。联合化疗的药物包括:环磷酰胺、长春新碱、强的松,并根据病人的年龄,消化系统、血液的情况决定用否阿霉素。全部病灶四周内的放疗剂量为40G
The authors have previously demonstrated that BCG may play a role in the complete remission of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHML) and recently treated 16 patients with recurrent stage I and II NHML with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy followed by maintenance of BCG. Treatment: The patient after radiotherapy after 15 days of chemotherapy. Chemotherapy drugs include: cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, and depending on the patient’s age, digestive system, blood conditions do not decide with doxorubicin. All lesions within 4 weeks of radiation dose of 40G
