在城镇化发展过程中,社区组织正成为基层党建的重要承担者,创新社区党建已成为扩大党联系群众、凝聚社会力量、巩固组织基础刻不容缓的重要命题。临沭县共有街道社区12个,社区党支部29个,社区党支部书记29名,党员151名。近年来,临沭县从基层党组织的拓展覆盖、党员干部的作用发挥、群众工作方法的创新完善、为民办实事长效机制的建立健全等方面,进行了积极探索和实践。随着当前经济社会发展趋势,城镇化速度加快,城镇化发展过程中的县级城区基层党建面临诸多新问题、新考验。
In the process of urbanization, community organizations are becoming important bearers of grass-roots party building. Innovative community party building has become an important proposition that is urgently needed to expand the party’s ties with the masses, unite social forces and consolidate the organizational foundation. There are 12 community streets in Linshu County, 29 community party branches, 29 community party branch secretaries and 151 party members. In recent years, Linshu County has made active exploration and practice in expanding the coverage of grass-roots party organizations, giving play to the role of party members and cadres, innovating and improving the masses’ working methods and establishing and perpetuating the long-term mechanism for doing business independently. With the current trend of economic and social development and the speed of urbanization, the party building at the county level in the process of urbanization faces many new problems and new tests.
