锂基润滑脂生产中的急冷混合过程具有时变、非线性、大惯性、纯滞后的特点,应用传统的PID无法实现快速、稳定的控制效果,因此实际生产中往往依靠手动控制。针对这个问题,本文设计了一种基于模糊控制的综合控制系统,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行了数学仿真。仿真结果表明,本文设计的综合控制系统可以获得理想的调节效果,其控制品质指标都比较高,基本上可以消除振荡,超调幅值也小,而且具有较强的鲁棒性。
The rapid cooling process in the production of lithium-based grease has the characteristics of time-varying, non-linear, large inertia and pure hysteresis. The traditional PID can not achieve fast and stable control effect. Therefore, the actual production often depends on manual control. In response to this problem, this paper designed a comprehensive control system based on fuzzy control, and carried out mathematical simulation in Matlab / Simulink environment. The simulation results show that the integrated control system designed in this paper can get the ideal adjustment effect, the control quality index is relatively high, basically can eliminate the oscillation, overshoot amplitude is small, and has strong robustness.
