问:因为上班需要长时间坐着,我用一个小靠垫靠在椅子上,但是有的时候非但不能减轻疲劳,还会造成腰疼,这是怎么回事呢?答:使用靠垫时,一定要注意以下两点。首先,靠垫一定要放在腰部,放到胸背部是不正确的。这是因为正常人体的腰椎共有5块,因生理的需求它们并不生长在一条直线上,而是呈中部向前凸出的前凸形,从侧面看,腰椎犹如一座坡度平缓的小包。由于这个生理特点,腰、背不能置于同一平面。所以正确的坐姿应该是,挺胸抬头,当需要靠椅时,腰部挺直,离开椅背。坐沙发时要尽量靠后坐,让臀部坐于沙发面的底端,背部紧靠沙发背。
