铁路是国家的重要基础设施,在综合运输体系中起着骨干作用。改革开放以来,中国铁路运输业得到迅速发展,但是仍然存在一些不能满足国民经济和社会发展需要的问题。中国铁路无论是客运还是货运其运输效率都是位居世界前列的,但是其经济效益却与之相反。本文将侧重从产业经济学和西方经济学角度来对高运输效率和低经济效益的悖论展开研究和探索,试图寻求解决这一矛盾的出路。
The railway is an important national infrastructure and plays a key role in the integrated transport system. Since the reform and opening up, China’s railway transportation industry has witnessed rapid development. However, there are still some problems that can not meet the needs of national economy and social development. China Railway is its passenger transportation or freight transport efficiency are among the highest in the world, but its economic benefits are the opposite. This article will focus on the paradox of high transport efficiency and low economic efficiency from the perspective of industrial economics and western economics, and try to find solutions to this contradiction.
