新中国成立初期,中共中央内蒙古分局根据中共中央的统一部署,在全区范围内大力开展了党的基层组织建设。其主要内容包括对原有的党组织的整顿、建立新的基层组织和发展新党员等方面。这次党的基层组织建设的具体实践是与当时全党大规模的整党紧密联系在一起的。通过党的基层组织建设,不仅使内蒙古地区党的组织体系更加健全、完善和富有活力,而且也为党领导内蒙古各族人民进行社会主义革命和社会主义建设提供了强有力的组织支持。
In the early days after the founding of New China, the Inner Mongolia Branch of the CPC Central Committee vigorously carried out the building of the party’s grassroots organizations throughout the region in accordance with the unified arrangements of the CPC Central Committee. Its main contents include the rectification of the original party organizations, the establishment of new grass-roots organizations and the development of new party members. The concrete practice of this party’s basic-level organization construction was closely linked with the massive party-building of the entire party at that time. Through the construction of the party’s grassroots organizations, the party’s organizational system in Inner Mongolia not only made the party’s organizational system more complete, complete and energetic in Inner Mongolia, but also provided strong organizational support for the party’s leadership of the people of all ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia in socialist revolution and socialist construction.
