目的:了解蚌埠地区抗菌药物致不良反应(ADR)的发生情况。方法:对2009-2010年蚌埠地区上报的抗菌药物致ADR报告,按性别、年龄、给药途径、药品类别、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果:ADR涉及的抗菌药物共107种,2791例/次,发生频次以头孢菌素类居首位(占31.31%),其次为喹诺酮类和青霉素类;主要的ADR类型为皮肤及其附件损害,占40.58%;严重ADR11例。结论:临床应规范抗菌药物的临床应用,以减少其ADR的发生率。
Objective: To understand the incidence of antimicrobial-induced adverse reactions (ADR) in Bengbu. Methods: The ADR reports of antimicrobial agents reported in Bengbu from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed and statistically analyzed according to sex, age, route of administration, drug category, ADR involved organ or system and clinical manifestations. Results: A total of 107 kinds of antibiotics were involved in ADR, with 2791 cases / time. The incidence frequency of cephalosporins was the highest (31.31%), followed by quinolones and penicillins. The main types of ADR were skin and its accessories , Accounting for 40.58%; severe ADR11 cases. Conclusion: The clinical application of antimicrobial agents should be standardized in order to reduce the incidence of ADR.
