推动大学生创新创业教育的深入开展,全方位引领和帮扶学生自主创新创业,这其中的关键在于确保建立一支高素质创新创业教育的师资队伍,尤其是创新创业导师队伍的建立,更是重中之重。鉴于创新创业教育具有较强的实践性,对师资要求相对较高,既要求他们具备一定的理论知识,又要拥有一定的创业经验,但兼备这两种素质的师资目前高职院校还十分缺乏。为此,对从事创新创业教育工作的管理干部、创新创业教育课程教学任务的教师、创新创业教育实践指导的教师等人员进行创新创业普适性教育十分必要。
