本文报告一起罕见的食物中毒事件,经事后调查证实,中毒病原为韦尔太矢雷登沙门氏菌,中毒食品为凉粉。进食同一起凉粉154人中毒116人,中毒发生率75.32%。其流行病学特点为:中毒的时间、地点、饮食史与症状等的表现一致,禁止无牌小贩销售凉粉后,疫情停息。临床特点为:有发热、头痛和不同程度的胃肠炎症状。发热、头痛和腹痛的发生率达92.2%以上。血象中白细胞总数和分叶核增高。病程1~3天,全部治愈。于现场采样54份,经细菌学检验分离出E_1群韦尔太夫雷登沙门氏菌25株,检出率46.3%。该菌不仅在凉粉制作者的咽、手及其售剩的凉粉检出,也在病人吃剩的凉粉和肛拭子检出,使中毒病原、中毒食品得到证实,文中对此作了讨论。从事件的教训,联系到本县饮食业人员中也发现有E_1群韦尔太夫雷登沙门氏菌带菌者,强调贯彻执行《食品卫生法(试行)》对预防细菌性食物中毒的重要意义。
This article reports a rare incident of food poisoning, after investigation confirmed that the pathogen poisoning is too Vaisnaladenia Salmonella, poisoning food jelly. 154 people eat the same jelly poisoning 116 people, the incidence of poisoning 75.32%. Its epidemiological characteristics are: poisoning time, location, diet history and symptoms of the performance of the same, prohibit the sale of non-hawkers jelly, the epidemic stopped. Clinical features are: fever, headache and varying degrees of gastroenteritis symptoms. The incidence of fever, headache and abdominal pain reached 92.2%. The total number of white blood cells in blood and lobulation increased. Course of 1 to 3 days, all cured. A total of 54 samples were collected from the field and 25 strains of Valliferethin Salmonella were isolated from the E_1 group by bacteriological test, the detection rate was 46.3%. The bacteria not only in the jelly maker’s pharynx, hand and its remaining jelly detected, but also in patients with jelly and anal swab leftover, so that poisoning pathogens, poisoning food has been confirmed in the article discussed. From the lessons of the incident, it was found that among the catering workers in this county, there were E_1 group carriers of Salmonella typhimurium and stressed the importance of implementing the “Food Sanitation Law (Trial)” to prevent bacterial food poisoning.
