本文介绍９例腕管部腱鞘结核的临床特点，提出该病的诊断及鉴别诊断要点。即：手腕、手指活动时腕部疼痛；不同程度的手指、手腕运动功能障碍；压痛度较重且表面较不光滑的包块；肺部结核病灶；全身中毒症状及血沉快。指出在治疗上应注意：药物疗法与手术治疗相结合；早期手指、手腕功能锻炼；合理处理受累肌腱；手术分离增厚的正中神经外膜及其神经束
This article describes the clinical features of 9 cases of tendon sheath in the carpal tunnel, and puts forward the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease. Namely: the wrist, wrist activity when the wrist pain; varying degrees of finger, wrist motor dysfunction; heavy tenderness and surface less smooth mass; pulmonary tuberculosis; systemic symptoms of poisoning and ESR. Pointed out that in the treatment should pay attention to: combination of drug therapy and surgical treatment; early finger, wrist functional exercise; reasonable treatment of affected tendon; surgical separation of the thickening of the median nerve adventitia and its nerve bundle
