针对批量生产过程中无法保证每台音箱音质性能的一致性、人耳主观判断造成听觉损伤、检测效率低等问题,提出一种有效的量化检测方法,利用电声测试仪对音箱阻抗、频率响应、失真度等性能进行测试,判断批量生产音箱性能是否具有一致性,减轻人为主观判断工作量,提高量产检测效率。
In the mass production process, the consistency of sound quality performance of each speaker can not be guaranteed, and human hearing loss caused by subjective judgment of hearing loss and detection efficiency is low. An effective quantitative detection method is proposed to measure the impedance, frequency response , Distortion and other performance tests to determine whether the performance of mass production speaker consistency, reduce man-made subjective judgments workload and improve mass production detection efficiency.
