本文分析了11例女阴假性湿疣(PCV)的临床及组织病理学特点。临床特点为女阴密集的小丘疹,部分呈丝状。息肉状增生物。病理检查80％为慢性增生性炎症。本病与尖锐湿疣临床表现极相似,应注意鉴别。另需区别粘膜皮脂腺异位症和鲍温样丘疹病。
This article analyzes the clinical and histopathological features of 11 cases of female vaginal condyloma acuminatum (PCV). Clinical features of dense female papules rash, some were filiform. Polypoid hyperplasia. 80% of pathological examination of chronic proliferative inflammation. The disease and condyloma clinical manifestations are very similar, should pay attention to identification. The other need to distinguish mucosal sebaceous glandular eruption and Bowenoid papulosis.
