现代企业都非常注重沟通,既重视与外部的沟通,更重视与内部员工的沟通。沟通才有凝聚力,以下是一些值得借鉴的好做法:讲故事波音公司在1994年以前遇到一些困难,总裁康迪上任后,经常邀请高级经理们到自己的家中共进晚餐,然后在屋外围着个大火堆讲述有关波音的故事。康迪请这些经理们把不好的故事写下来扔到火里烧掉,以此埋葬波音历史上的“阴暗”面。只保留那些振奋人心的故事,鼓舞士气。
