世界各国小额贷款项目的主要对象是贫困妇女。小额贷款是一种有效的制度创新,它不同于一般的扶贫基金,也不同于传统的银行贷款。小额贷款项目契合并推动了妇女发展内涵的不断演变,反映了人们对妇女发展不断深化的认识。小额贷款项目不仅在促进妇女发展方面积累了较成功的经验,对未来相关政策的实施也具有一定的借鉴意义。
The main targets of microfinance projects in various countries of the world are poor women. Microfinance is an effective system innovation, which is different from the general poverty alleviation fund, also different from the traditional bank loans. The merger of micro-credit projects has promoted the continuous evolution of the connotation of women’s development and reflected the people’s deepening understanding of women’s development. The microcredit project has not only accumulated more successful experience in promoting the development of women, but also has some reference to the implementation of relevant policies in the future.
