松萝酸(Usnic acid)又名地衣酸,从松萝科、梅花衣科、石蕊科等植物中均可提取。我省资源丰富,其药用历史较早,广泛用于抗菌、消炎、外伤、烧伤及口腔疾病、皮肤病等。近年来,临床上发现该药有明显的“升高白细胞”作用,在配合肿瘤“放疗”、“化疗”中取得较好效果。其作用已被广泛引起重视,正在深入研究之中。为适应生产和临床对控制药品质量的需要,保证用药的准确性和安全性,我们对松萝酸的定量方法进行了研究。松萝酸的含量测定方法可以有多种供选择。其一是利用松萝酸分子结构中有一个醇
