[目的]分析杭州市在校儿童青少年营养不良现状。[方法]采用分层整群随机抽样,在杭州市学生健康监测与预警管理信息平台抽取杭州市13个区(县)38所中小学共52 820名6~18岁儿童青少年,使用WS/T 456—2014《学龄儿童青少年营养不良筛查》标准,对2013学年学生健康检查资料进行分析,筛查生长迟缓和消瘦情况。[结果]杭州市2013学年6~18岁在校儿童青少年的营养不良检出率为7.49%,以消瘦型营养不良为主。采用趋势卡方检验显示从小学(5.91%)、初中(6.69%)到高中(9.20%)营养不良率呈增长趋势(χ~2=150.30,P<0.01)。营养不良检出率男生(8.58%)高于女生(6.36%),郊区(8.85%)高于城区(6.46%),采用学段分层卡方检验显示营养不良检出率在不同性别间、城乡间差异均有统计学意义(性别χ~2_(MH)=99.69,城乡χ~2_(MH)=67.0,P<0.01)。[结论]杭州市存在在校儿童青少年营养不良情况,需重点关注高学段学生、男生和郊区学生的营养不良问题。
[Objective] To analyze the malnutrition status of children and adolescents in school in Hangzhou. [Methods] A total of 52 820 adolescents aged 6-18 years from 38 primary and secondary schools in 13 districts (counties) in Hangzhou were selected by stratified cluster random sampling from Hangzhou Health Monitoring and Early Warning Management Information Platform. Using WS / T 456-2014 Criteria for Adolescent Malnutrition Screening for School-aged Children, analyze health checkup data for students in 2013 school year and screen for growth retardation and weight loss. [Results] The detection rate of malnutrition among children and adolescents aged 6 ~ 18 years old in Hangzhou was 7.49% in 2013 school year. The trend chi-square test showed that the rate of malnutrition increased from 5.91% in primary school, 6.69% in middle school to 9.20% in senior high school (χ ~ 2 = 150.30, P <0.01). The prevalence of malnutrition was higher in boys (8.58%) than girls (6.36%) and in suburbs (8.85%) than in urban areas (6.46%). Hierarchical chi-square tests showed that malnutrition was detected in different sexes, The differences between urban and rural areas were statistically significant (sex χ ~ 2_ (MH) = 99.69, urban and rural χ ~ 2_ (MH) = 67.0, P <0.01). [Conclusion] There are malnutrition among children and adolescents in school in Hangzhou. The malnutrition needs to be focused on high school students, boys and students in suburban areas.
