目的 :观察天真驻颜丹抗皮肤老化作用。方法 :天真驻颜丹高、中、低剂量灌胃给药 2个月 ,检测血清和皮肤SOD、MDA含量。结果 :老年对照组皮肤和血清SOD明显低于青年组(P <0 .0 1 ) ,皮肤MDA明显高于青年组 (P <0 .0 1 )。高剂量能提高皮肤SOD活性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,中剂量组皮肤和血清SOD活性均有增加 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ) ,对皮肤MDA含量的影响以中、低剂量为佳 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :天真驻颜丹抗皮肤老化的主要作用机制是提高SOD活性、降低MDA含量。
Objective: To observe the anti-aging effects of naive dandan. METHODS: The naive, high, medium, and low doses of naive dandan were intragastrically administered for 2 months. Serum and skin SOD and MDA levels were measured. Results: The SOD of the skin and serum in the old control group was significantly lower than that in the young group (P < 0.01), and the MDA in the skin was significantly higher than that in the young group (P <0.01). High doses increased SOD activity in the skin (P < 0.05), SOD activity in the skin and serum in the middle dose group increased (P <0.01, P <0.05), and the effect on the MDA content in the skin was Medium and low doses are preferred (P < 0.01). Conclusion : The main mechanism of anti-aging effect of naive dandan Dan is to increase SOD activity and reduce MDA content.
