据统计,我国60岁及以上的老年人口总数已达1.49亿,占全球老年人口的21.4%,居世界首位,我国已逐渐步入老龄化社会。党的十六大报告把“形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展”作为全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标之一。有关老年人的教育和学习问题受到重视,国内各大城市陆续开办起老年学校。然而,现有老年大学的办学模式存在缺陷,如何发展城市老年大学教育,使其更有效和更有针对性地实施教育,促进老年人身心健康发展,提升他们的晚年精神文化生活,成为当前亟需探讨的问题。因此,对此问题进行研究具有重大的理论意义和实践指导意义。本文将以城市老年大学办学模式为研究对象,通过对现有老年大学的办学模式进行调查分析,针对该问题提出发展创新型老年学校的具体策略,以期发挥老年学校在缓解老龄化问题中的重要作用。
According to statistics, the total number of elderly people aged 60 and over in China reached 149 million, accounting for 21.4% of the global elderly population, ranking first in the world. The report of the 16th National Congress of the CPC regards “forming a learning society full of learning, lifelong learning and promoting people’s all-round development” as one of the goals for building an overall well-to-do society. Education and learning issues concerning the elderly are being taken seriously. Major cities in China have started to run schools for the aged. However, there are flaws in the current mode of running old-age universities. How to develop the education of urban senior-adult universities so that they can carry out education more effectively and more effectively, promote the physical and mental health of the elderly, and enhance their mental and spiritual life in old age, Need to explore the issue. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study this issue. This article will take the model of urban university for the elderly as the research object. Through the investigation and analysis of the existing model of the university for the elderly, this paper proposes the specific strategies for developing the innovative model of the aged school in order to give play to the importance of the school in alleviating the problem of aging effect.
