用20个随机序列的寡聚核苷酸作为引物,对诸葛菜95002和太白诸葛菜95-49及其种间正反交杂种进行了RAPD分析,9个引物的扩增产物在95002和95-49间相似率为48.1%,差异较大;在其正反交杂种中相似率为96.6%,差异不明显.RAPD产物在亲子间的传递符合孟德尔遗传,这一种间正反交系统可用于多态性引物的选择
RAPD analysis was carried out on the hybrids of Brassica campestris 95002 and Pseudostellaria tabacum 95-49 and their interspecific hybrids with 20 random sequences of oligonucleotides. The amplified products of 9 primers were expressed in 95002 and 95- 49 were 48.1%, the difference was greater; the similarity in reciprocal hybrids was 96.6%, the difference was not significant. The transfer of RAPD products between parents and children accords with Mendelian inheritance. This reciprocal reciprocal crossing system can be used for the selection of polymorphic primers
