本工作研究了同位素稀释—火花源质谱法应用于生物样品中微量元素测定的若干问题,包括样品制备、谱线测量与最佳稀释条件选择等。本方法经分析NBS—SRM 1577a 牛肝、日本胡椒叶和国内大米粉标准参考物验证,为商业部食品检测科学研究所研制的猪肝标样中 Cu,Zn,Mo,Pb,Fe 和甘兰标样中 Cu,Zn,Pb,Rb,Sr 微量元素提供了定值分析数据,后又为北京市环境监测中心研制的镉大米标样中 Cu,Zn,Pb,Fe 元素提供了定值分析数据,测定值与其它分析方法分析值相符。
In this work, some problems of isotope dilution-spark mass spectrometry in the determination of trace elements in biological samples were studied, including sample preparation, line measurement and optimal dilution conditions selection. The method was verified by the analysis of NBS-SRM 1577a beef liver, Japanese pepper leaf and domestic rice flour reference standard. The method was developed for the determination of Cu, Zn, Mo, Pb, Fe and Rankine samples in the porcine liver samples developed by the Food Inspection and Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce. Cu, Zn, Pb, Rb and Sr in Cu, Zn, Pb and Fe were provided, and then the calibration data were provided for Cu, Zn, Pb and Fe elements in cadmium rice standard developed by Beijing Environmental Monitoring Center. The values match those of other analytical methods.
